Bellwether Monsoon Jacket - Men's:

Some clothing manufacturers can get a little carried away with their nomenclature schemes, which is one of the reasons we appreciate the Bellwether Monsoon Jacket: the name says it all. This is a wet-weather jacket that can handle nasty days, and as a bonus, it's also super light and compresses down into a little sack you can stuff in a jersey pocket. End of story.

Well, OK, not quite. We can also tell you about the Aqua-Lite fabric that's insanely thin but still stretchable and breathable — a very rare combo. The light, open-air mesh panels under the arms help with breathability, as does the full-length front zipper. The combination of the low rear hem to offer adequate coverage in a cycling position, plus the elastic-banded waist to seal out wind and spray, means your torso stays dry, even around the waist and rear. High visibility reflective details help you stand out at night, and as mentioned, the whole jacket compresses down into its own rear pocket so you can stow it in a jersey pocket after the sun comes out.
