oops. I guess it's 81, and does have a chain and bottom bracket tool

even at 88, does this starter kit seem a little steep to anyone else? I mean, it's just some allen wrenches, cable snips, etc.

Does anyone have any advice as to what to look for in a trainer? I recently broke/sprained my ankle playing soccer, my legs are cramping from lack of exercise, and biking is about one of the only things I can do without too much pain! However, I work long hours and can't always get on the bike after work, so I figured I'd pedal in front of the TV.
Thanks in advance!

so tubeless ready means you can run it on standard rims with a tube, or on a tubeless setup, if you wish?

Did you derive your name from the infamous Mt. Baldy on the Indiana lake shore?

Yeah, I'm very familiar with Sheldon Brown, and have been ordering parts from harris for years. I can't imaging Harris won't continue the site, although they never put much into the site with Sheldon around either!
I'm actually upgrading the shifting to a 9 speed so I think the park tools site will be better suited to my needs. Thanks for all of the input!

Hey Everyone,
I'm almost done building up an older frame, and was wondering if any of you know of any good websites that offer advice on adjusting derailleurs and putting on grip tape, etc.? I have the frame pretty well built up, and just need to run the cables/install the chain.
Thanks in advance

Thanks as always Pete. It's awesome of you to make the site.

It actually sounds like it might fit me well, so I'm interested. Let me know!

Yeah, I might...how'd it fit? I'm 6'1" with ape arms, and weigh 200. Is it an "Italian" fit, meaning a XL equates to an American M?

Oakleyhater, he wrote "wool jersey," not "long-sleeve wool sweater." There are wool jerseys that are quite nice, and I think he's right about the smell, regulation, etc. But in scorching heat/humidity when either wool or synthetic will be sopping wet with sweat, I will also go with a synthetic.

$28 for the EA70? Try Sierra Trading Post. Not sure if it's the specs you want, but good price.
(This is what a forum is for - helpful advise - not complaining or begging for products, which has never resulted in them actually being posted.)

In case some of you haven't noticed, this site is a business and not a service. In order to be able to offer all of you Ultegra cranksets, Easton wheelsets and carbon bikes at amazing prices, CL has to move some products all of you "hardcore" cyclists might not consider gear. So if it upsets you that much to see a hoodie instead of a piece of spandex, then set up a search with sacsearcher, go shave your legs and come back when you get an alert for what you need/want.

man, I've been waiting on this saddle for ever. Thanks for putting it up, CL

The bag is cool, but the saddle with the bag would be awesome!

I was too late! My only hope is that someone doesn't like their XL for some reason!

If anyone ordered this sweater in an XL and either doesn't want it or has trouble with sizing contact me and I'll take it off your hands. ejhumes yahoo
