I have a Timbuk2 bag which currently is back in San Fran getting repaired. Just picked up a 2nd. Unbelievable price. I paid full price for the 1st one. Urgh.

Not quite sure I agree with the purpose of the forum that you state. Looking back I see it more as a sounding board for folks looking to buy "stuff" but hope someone can chime in that it is a good/bad/indifferent product.
bikeforums or similar would best be suited for your worthless opinions etc.
Without the "I'm not buying from this site" posts, it is easier for the purchaser to search for info on said product.

My 1993 Cannondale m800 uses Deore LX components and none have failed on me. Mild off road and on road use for 15 years.

Any experience with these lights ? I was planning on getting a $400 HID but if these were sufficent for an 8 mile commute during dusk I'll just get these.
