All I know is that I'm not eager to buy two things from CL or SAC in the same day because I don't want to pay separate shipping charges for items that are probably on the same UPS truck. CL can do whatever it wants to but they should consider the impact of their system on customer psychology.

Help me here. The BC.com website claims that they have 29 Zipp cranksets in stock. According to chainattack, the Chainlove stock is sold out. What are the odds that the remaining BC.com inventory will be sold off on Chainlove in the future? Thanks! :-)

I returned a defective item to SAC and UPS charged me for the shipping. The waybill noted that SAC should pay the shipping but someone at UPS made a mistake. Could this be your issue?
