kat, you really don't want some monkey truing your wheel so hopefully your LBS spent the time and expense to educate there guys and thats where your $15 went, If they're like my LBS (which I haven't been to since) they didn't educate their monkeys and you now have a worthless Crossmax rim hangin in the garage mocking you for not fixin it your damn self, but as we can see from the posts everybody's experience is different

Used a hammer (rubber head)last night to remove and install, hollowtech 2 may not require one but its a hell of alot easier than tugging, be sure its a rubber head though.
