I got a previous season's version of these for my boyfriend, and he absolutley loves them. The 3.1(?) version of these ran pretty true to size. He has a 33" waist and the mediums were fine. I would get him another pair in a heartbeat, but I refuse to let him wear lime green...

Sorry to say, but it's highly unlikely that the Castelli sweaters will come back up. BackcountryOutlet (BCO) doesn't even have them on their website anymore, and that is where CL items come from. Further, it looks like they sold out. Here's the CL tracker for ya, too:

I was on backcountry.com two days ago and saw the Castelli sweater for $90. I told myself that if I ever saw it on CL, I'd be sure to get it.

Too bad, by the time I saw it, there were only red medium sweaters left. Sigh.

Does anyone know if items cycle back around?

It works with top and bottom pull (per the description). Not sure about the model number, though.
