Bottomless CL Day!
Sick deals back to back all day long.
but it looks *snug*. can't wear it, as I'd have everyone admiring my muscles! :-)
Too bad I already got this jersey in the blue; I think I may like the red a bit better. Then again, my team kit is red, so maybe it's good that I branched out. It's a great jersey, though, and a steal at less than $30.

Although shipping is steep.
I apologize, I shouldn't have accused you unknowingly. I am still bent out of shape because I missed the Pinarello Galileo Ultegra Road Bike deal because some guy snatched them up and sold them on Ebay.
If I could bike more, I would. It's hard to find the time though with two kids and a full time job. I'm supposed to be doing a century this Sunday, but my averages for July and August are well below last years but my Jan-Jun numbers all exceeded last years.
I'd normally consider passing it on goingprepared, but it doesn't make sense to try and pass a $3.25 item to someone non-local - the shipping costs will be more than the cost of the object itself. My intention was not to make a buck here. If you saw my order history on SAC you might think I was reselling due to the volume, but I'm not - I don't even have a Ebay account (I don't trust myself with one!) It all goes to my (winter) cycling addiction... I have a hard time passing up a good deal, even if I don't need it.
I commute year round so I'd second the request for some studded tires. I don't face black ice so much as packed snow on the trails. Last year we had over 100 inches. That isn't much for you MTN time zone folks, but that blew away our previous record here in Madison.
But don't put them up today because my internet access is limited, which is also why I didn't respond earlier.
Thanks for sticking up for me Nicole!
I have these (except with red detailing), and they're quite comfy. I believe they're from the Spring '07 or Fall '07 season according to the tag.
Also, as an FYI, the inseam is quite long.
Anyone know the website that has an archive of all the stuff posted here?
this reminds me of a guy called schweeet rick on whiskeymilitia...he acts like he's one of the administrators, but his posting history clearly shows that he's not...he talks smack on everyone on the forum and takes credit if an item comes up. He claims to have bought six sector 9 longboards and sold all six of them for a profit. If this isn't against the rules, i don't know what is.
you can still get it for 8.45...but i'm wondering, does it taste any good?
I try to pass anything I want to return to sac or chainlove over on forums.goingprepared.com or on these forums.
If I can't find another sac'er/chainlover that wants what I don't want - it's fair game how I want to get rid of it - ebay, craigslist, or paying to send it back.
I just barely missed the deal last night.
Actually, if you read both his messages, he's clearly unsure of how much he'll actually receive. If the smaller amount, he plans to use all of it. If more, it will be too much and will likely need to off load some.
It's hard to clearly buy excess to resell when you're not sure of how much you'll even receive.
This guy clearly bought excess to resell. I'm no Gestapo but it is against their policies and it reduces availability for people who want to actually USE the product.
If I buy something and don't like it, I'm going to return it, or sell it. But I'm not going to buy 3 to keep one and sell 2.
RE: Continental Spike Claw - Studded Tire
They only have two pair in stock, and they're deluxe tires... good luck with that. (not that it wouldn't rock, CL)
I wouldn't say it's breaking the rules to off load unwanted stuff on craigslist. I've done it from time to time when I don't want to pay the shipping cost back.
There's a difference between buying with the intent to resell (e.g. on ebay) and selling unwanted items to save on return shipping.
With winter coming up it would be nice to commute through the black ice on some studded tires so I can stop wearing armor. Any chance of a deal on the 120 studs?

OK since you're obviously taking requests, how about a Camelback cleaning kit?

But that's it, I can't spend any more money today after that.
According to http://www.honeystinger.com/benefits.shtml the chocolate serving size is 37 grams, or about 1.3 oz... same as the other gels.
Just my opinion but I think most would pour half into a 5-6 oz. flask and carry that.
These are bulk refill bottles similar to Hammer's 26 serving "jug".
