Maybe it's the width of my feet, but I'm not sure I could fit in anything smaller than a 45. Some companies say a 10.5US is a 45.

I ordered a pair of the Northwave Aeretor's in 44 and I thought they were a little big.
If I were to order anymore Northwave shoes I would personally order a 43.5
The Hornets run a little big- I normally wear a snug 47, whereas the Hornet 47s I have are a little more roomy. I think it's mostly the toe- wider than most of my other shoes.
I normally wear a 10.5US and the 45's fit me great. I need a little wider toe box than some people and these are just fine for me.
How close does the sizing chart reflect the actual fit of these Northwave Bike Hornet Cycling Shoes?
