Bottomless CL Day!
Sick deals back to back all day long.
You'll have to get a new wheel also because the freehub body won't be the right size to hold a 10 speed cassette. Also the frame spacing might not be right. Although it would be a sweet way to spice up an older bike it would take a little bit more work than just getting the cassette.
8 speed is cool, not worth the switch on an old frame. If you did go ahead with it, you'll also need a new rear derailleur, etc.
I got this road bike for free from a friend, its one of those trek alpha series 1000 cycles. by no means a championship racer but I just got into this sport (and so far lovin' every minute)
the bike took some work and I took out the old straight bars and bought the sweet dropdowns that were on cl a few days ago. I want to get these triple shifter levers that are up right now but my cassette is a 8 speed.
do you guys think its worth it for me to buy a 10 speed cassette and which one to match my bad ass bars and levers now?
I just got my bibs and they seem really nice. The lycra is thick and supportive. The chamois is dual density but not too thick. The sizing is small, I usually wear a size medium in bibs but these are size large and fit on the tighter side (which I like).
Someone please buy the last XS jersey. It is ruining my day. :-(
Been waiting a while for these. In for two purr. They may be ugly but they're better than wearing the same pair for a month without washing them.
an answer would be helpful. thank you.
My Eyes!!! Oh the humanity!! Those are some hideous gloves. And yet I'm intrigued.
