So right! I have returned things that looked good, but then after trying on, were in no way comformtable. But then, that's how you learn what to look for in both form and function. Also, the skills should definitely back up the look. Hopefully no one wonders why the gloves with the handwriting on them aren't moving...
I haven't tried the skirt deal. Seems like it would be more appropriate for running?
my girlfriends and I hit trails often and looking good is always nice- but stay-put comfort and breathability is most important- you better be able to ride as hot as you look is my motto- no posers... I would like to see womens riding shorts with cooler styles like the guys have- not just the black tight stuff... and anyone try out the riding "skirt"...what in the world? its not tennis...

Chainlove should figure out how to get more chicks to ride bikes and then sell bike dates with them. They would make a killing.

That's what I thought, but I just needed affirmation. I also look at it as motiviation to get on the bike more often (Not that a beautiful ride isn't incentive enough). I have to ride more in order to wear my collection of jerseys, therefore I have justified my purchases. I think I just gave you guys a huge insight into how 'some' women think. I shop, therefore I ride. This website doesn't help my addiction, but the way.
There is no such thing as too much bike stuff. That's like saying you have "extra" money. That's just crazy talk.
Eric - you are a good man if you're buying that Castelli Tattoo jersey for your wife. It is too cute! Question for all - is it possible to own too many jerseys? I started cycling about 6 months ago and now am addicted to buying cute/cool jerseys everytime I see one!!!
They fit small. If you typically wear a medium, buy the large in this jersey. I bought the white one for my wife the other day and when she tried it on last night the large was a good fit.
How do Castelli jerseys typically fit? My wife says she wears a medium usually...
