I think that works, but to check just add an item from another site to your cart and it should have the option to combine shipping.

Finally bit the bullet on these, have been eying them repeatedly. Sub $20 for some nice gloves not too shabby, too bad 1/3 of that was shipping (ouch)

I think someone digitally barfed all over these jackets

I have a pair of EB SLs (got em used off mtbr) and they have been great. What's the benefit to the Candy versions extra platform? Does your shoe rest on it? I used to have a pair of mallets and they were bricks.

I'm always worried about the sizing on gloves. Here it states a L runs 7.8-8" long. I measure my hand and it it just under 8". The next size up is over 8.5", how much will it shrink when I wash it etc all keep me from biting. If the gloves were super cheap I think I'd risk it.

I'm assuming these are for 26" wheels even though I can't see where it says so

I figured as much. I just thought I recalled gettign a quote for something heavier and bulkier than gloves previously and it seemed like it was less. Just seemed inconsistent

I finally wanted to buy some gloves on gere but the cheapest shipping is $7. Does this seem right for something as small and light as a pair of gloves?

coincidentally the LBS I do visit is located a few doors down from a fine beer and wine store. I have headed down and picked up a nice frosty beer for each of the guys in the shop while they were replacing my headset and they were very appreciative. I have gotten a simple small parts (bar ends, frame protective tape, brake cable guide) tossed my way free of charge since then. They are cool guys though, they probably would have done so anyways. I have gotten the same job done twice there (headset install) and was a different price both times

I'll chime in w/ my opinion (not that it was asked for)
I think LBS charge a lot for what they're doing, it's like the popcorn and soda at a movie theater, where all the profits lie. I like to ride my bike and I also like to work on it. I invested in some tools and I enjoy spending my time in the garage setting things up just right. If I didn't enjoy it I would definitely take it to a shop, but then I couldn't afford new stuff for the bike as often. The $15 seems reasonable, truing a wheel takes more skill than changing a tire IMO

I could buy 12 tubes and be set for the forseeable future, I just thought it was a bit silly the cheapest shipping option was on par with the price of 4 tubes. I can buy tubes locally for that price (albeit probably inferior tubes).
This site MUST be owned by the SAC folks as my login from there worked here

Unless I buy 12 tubes shipping kills this "deal"
