Bottomless CL Day!
Sick deals back to back all day long.
crap. Well, I would have probably bought a pair if I'd seen 'em.
Bike shoes seem to be the only type of shoe that it's not incredibly easy to find great bargains in a women's size 6, kids/mens size 4.
..ala Sidi. I think a shoe WITH a stiff sole and softer lugs are THE all-mountain shoe. Lake and other makers do a damn good job. Some shoes are so minimalist, energy conserving, dainty affairs. I have a collection of all, and some work in situations better than others. Blah, blah...
The adida's were 37.50 bucks and in women's US sizes, 10 1/2 to 6. I am not sure the density of the lug material.
We all need endurance/A race material.
crap. Missed them. HOw much were they and how good were they?
And did they have 37's?
forever shattered? Adidas Adiva MTB Shoe - Women's
May it continue unabated- damn the economics of it all!
Well, Chainlove told me today that my order for the six six one strike helmet on last Saturday has been cancelled because I must have missed the deal by seconds. Funny how there were still 16 larges left for almost two hours after I ordered mine, I told friends to get one too. Kinda makes me not trust the site anymore.
Enough of these tires. Something new please
Now I can finally walk away from my computer :)
How about another shot at those Crank Bros. Candy SL's???
No LBS will have these in stock. They will have to be special ordered and you will pay full MSRP +tax.
Someone should buy me these.
I'm debating how much I would actually do for them.
These are tubies. No rim edge for clinchers and they are asking you to use carbon brake pads.
As for picking up a $1000 wheelset at your LBS - show me the deal they give you on a set like this.
Reynolds website says that they only come in Tubular.
a $1000 wheelset. If I'm spending $1000, I'm going to my LBS and be treated like a king. Well, maybe a free fat tire ale. Anyway, have you seen my 401k lately? Please!
Will these Reynolds hold a 170 lb. rider?
Very nice but I am looking for something a little deeper than my current set (58mm)
Picture me coming home with a $1,000 wheelset. But honey, they were 50% off. Yes I realize we can't afford our $300 electric bill, but these are 50% off!!!
this wheelset looks sick
too bad i don't have
a. money
b. a bike worthy of this caliber wheelset
