Dear CL - Autumn is the perfect time for one of these babies!!! how about it??? I missed out last time I saw these up. A sweet Tang large please!!!

I have two pairs of these and went out yesterday as a matter of fact wearing these Descente shorts.

The pad is the best I have ever encountered.

Super shorts :)

No worries, we all make silly errors from time to time.

The float is determined by which cleat you use. The red cleat has zero float and the cleat with float is usually yellow. But I am pretty sure the yellow cleat is included usually.

def: clincher
A type of tire that uses a bead around the edge of the tire to attach to the rim of the wheel when inflated. The inner tube is separate.

Thanks, Tuan, just wanted to correct my public display of stupidity. May bad

They come with cleats and cleat covers and they have 4.5 deg of float. The description says no float.

Thanks!

Now I need the Easton EC90 road stem (110mm)

by Cataboo (318)

ea90's were on at some point in the beginning.

Suddenly, my frogs aren't look quite so expensive.

There baaack!

by oh2guy (8)

The Reynolds were a nice offer yesterday, but to much $$ for my weak-economy bank account. Any chance we could see some Easton EA90 aero wheels? Something along those lines would be perfect!

by Scott Pendleton (130)

Nearly all mountain wheels are clincher. It's much more rare to see a tubular mountain wheelset (though if I recall someone introduced one last year to very little fanfare).

by rdrider04 (55)

wouldn't ride these things except on wussy xc trails; for real mtb wheels should be burly so you are not afraid of dishing out the abuse!

These wheels are lightweight. So high-zoot that I've never even seen them before. They look like road wheels.. wonder if they can take the hits.

by bogey (3)

That would make my year!! I've been looking for a great deal on some since I got bit by the 29er bug.

by Damon Salter (152)

So I haven't seen the work clincher and mountain bike wheels used together. Would these wheel be compatable with a UST Tubeless tire, or is there a blackmarket for glue on mountain tires?

by Damon Salter (152)

Almighty lords of chainlovelyness. Please grant me my wish of Sidi Genius 5 Lorica in size 46. And maybe a few pairs for your peoples too.

by Cataboo (318)

Bigsac, I'm freezing too.

I want really nifty 165 mm cranks - compact double, carbon, ceramic or titanium bottom bracket.

Nice mtb shoes would be good as well. Size 37.

Happy Hoohah saddles would be a plus. I like specialized's saddles currently.

what else do I want?

keen commuter sandals.
