Bottomless CL Day!
Sick deals back to back all day long.
You can find them at backcountry.com or you can wait for them to show up again on CL. They seem to come around every few days.

So i saw these Long socks with a Marijuana leaf on them on CL. Does anyone know where i can get them? I didnt have money then so I was kinda pissed.
Thank you
I got all excited there. MSRP is $999 for the SET of wheels, not PER wheel. $600 is still a decent price for the SLR's, but I almost had a heartattack when it popped up at $300.
Messy, See jfayes comment on the ultegras

Messy - I love my Shimano SPD-SL Ultegras. I've never tried speedplays, from the beginning I thought I'd be more comfortable on pedals with more of a platform, thus the Shimanos. You'd have to get compatible cleats, but after fine-tuning the adjustments, they are really comfortable. I like the wide platform, it feels really stable, and it's easy to adjust the tension to your liking. They look pretty damn sporty, too.
Almost exactly one week later.
Maybe gearattack will pick back up where it left off.
I had Look pedals on my tri bike but I thought I would try something else. So I tried the SPs I just don't care of the Light Action Speed Plays, they are too "wiggly" and I find myself not pulling up as much as I used to. That is not good, I could put my old Look pedals back on but I see Back Country has Ultegras for a good price. Anyone have comments about them?
I can't believe how quick the fox trooper jackets went in my size. WTF?
Is it just me our have the ebayers invaded chainlove. Isn't there was a policy against that sort of stuff.
I missed some shoes on Friday, I looked on ebay for them and found atleast two ebayers with inventory that consisted only of stuff I have seen on cl, wm, or steep and cheap.
I know that I have a equal chance as anyone else I am just annoyed.
Chief is right about not a lot of movement allowed by the SPD-SL pedals. I hadn't thought of that, maybe because I haven't tried other pedals for comparison. So how do I know they are the best for me without trying other pedals? I guess I don't know for sure. But I do know that when I'm pedaling they just feel right for me. It's all about personal preference and finding the right one for you.
I have bad knees, but my SPD's don't bother them. I think I've been lucky enough to find a compatible alignment with my cleats.
Messy, if you could be more specific about what you don't like about the speedplays I bet someone could recommend a good pedal to save you some time and money. Most people pick the speed plays for the dual-sided entry or if you a tri-geek (that's a compliment) you see a lot of those.
I love the Crank Brothers Quattro and think it is the most overlooked pedal in road cycling. They are still dual entry (clip in to either side of the pedal) but has a platform for support that you don't get with the speedplays.
Another bonus on the Quattro is how free my foot floats within the float range of the pedal. I don't have perfect form so my heel moves a bit throughout the pedal stroke. The crank brothers support that movement and are easy on the knees.
The other side of this is if you like to feel locked down like a ski binding the spd-sl type pedal is probably for you.
I purchased the sunglasses when they were on CL last week, and I have to admit they've been great. They are light, large lens and great for sunny and overcast days.
They aren't cheap, but the quality is such that I would hope they'd last a few years.

I love my Half Jackets I got off here, what a deal that was.
Any chance we may see road pedals, I just am not digging my Speedplays, I gave them 500 miles to impress me.
I picked up a pair of these the last time they were up. They're actually a great shield; the lens tint is just right for ducking in and out of trees, and the full coverage is a big plus for the stray tree branches. The lenses also don't fog up as bad as my old half jackets did.
Please, please, please stop with the Oakley Radar Range Sunglasses. They are ugly, they are too expensive, and they don't even seem that good. I love you guys, but seriously.
Sincerely,
Me
Fine people of BC,
Links to account, forum, have been wonky (Firefox for me).
As Matt Damon! posted days back, no talky no spendy- or sometin' to that effect. Check it out.
Gearattack.com is run independently, but since it is stuck on one eternal CL product, no prior listings and amounts can be had; always a good a reference to what's been, and still might be, happening. Works in concert pretty well.
Links are all broken for me as well when using IE. They work fine with Firefox.
The link to the forum is still not working for me with IE.
Who runs gearattack.com? The monitor has been stuck on that ugly Castelli Sleeveless "Tatoo" jersey for a week now.
