Could be dudes grabbing the ladies clothes. I bought a size L Sugoi women's vest on here a couple weeks ago and am very happy with it. If it weren't for only two pockets I'd be hard pressed to tell it wasn't a men's vest.

Keep up the hard work, ladies.

All these sweet cold weather items for the ladies, but none for the guys. Please put some up on Monday, as I'll be away from work and OUTSIDE this weekend!

always a little different and not interchangeable.

Shimano always has to make it difficult and sell things in (expensive) bits and pieces. BYO caliper and rotor!

In a flurry of CL offers two weeks ago I bought the Choice Max and the Choice + Gel Cover. The latter is on my bike now. Since it has been pretty cold lately, I only have about 60 miles on the saddle.

That being said, the Choice Saddle was too hard on the tush and there was a noticeable improvement within the first ride of adding the gel cover. I'm still not loving it, but I'm told that especially with the gel cover it will take a few more long rides before it conforms to my backside.

After I give the Choice saddle + Gel Cover a few more miles, I'll put the Choice Max saddle on for comparison. It's a bit wider and angled differently, but since I'm not a highly skilled rider I don't imagine I'd notice a few extra mm's. I'll post a review on the item page once I've made up my mind...even then, it is just my opinion.

Has anybody ridden these? I'm in the market, and I have a friend who likes his, but I was hoping for a wider sampling before taking the plunge.

Thelove - thanks. It's not really a long commute, varies between 1-6 miles depending on what time of day. So I don't really need much in the way of gears, just trying to use parts I have.

And I don't want to take my nice bikes and leave 'em chained up outside.

This saddle looks really cool - but it's 137 mm wide, which I find hard to believe it's made for a woman... That's a bit on the narrow side for a lot of women's sitbones.

by Teebird (74)

They should mention that or I'm missing it.

You wouldn't necessarily have to make it a triple. My mountain bike has a shifter for a triple ring but i've got a bashguard as my outer ring. There are ways to in effect "tune out" the third ring. For commuting three ring might be something you want so you don't wear yourself out and fall asleep at your desk.

It's nice to see some new arrivals to the CL rotation today. Keep it coming CL!

That clip will go well with whichever ProLogo Saddle I choose to keep! Now I'll just need the bag or the light and I'll be set!

Of course, since the light isn't carried by backcountry.com I may have to buy something at full price!

by elton (29)

i got a q-bag from them earlier and to my surprise it didn't come with a clip...

now for a gel cover!

by Teebird (74)

those clips would be cool. I'm sure the bags are going to come up.

by Cataboo (318)

Thanks thelove & atomic dan.

So if I use deore shifters, I pretty much have to make it a triple, I think?

by ATOMICDAN (131)

i have no idea.

but this page might offer some insight: http://sheldonbrown.com/speeds.html
