Hey Cat,
I have only heard great things about the terry saddles. I am happy with the saddle that my (wmns specific) specialized bike came with. Initially I was hoping for something padded (for the STP bike ride), but my LBS lady talked me out of it. My butt and other regions did just fine on the big ride.
Just my two cents.
Although, if terry saddles ever came up on CL, I would seriously consider them.

Yeah, the thought hit me too late. All the small are gone.
I wear my PI leg warmers on cold mornings. I actually need another pair of leg warmers - my current ones just keep sliding down. No fun. Notsosmiley face.

I love my LBS.
My friend told me about them. I bought my bike from them. I loved the fact that he spent close to two hours with me - just getting the fitting right. He talked me out of buying a trainer once he realized how much time I was spending in the spin classes. Why should he care - he was getting an item sold?
He talked to me about riding and I think about what he said pretty much every time I am on the road. Something along the lines of "every moment spent on the bike is like sand grains dropping in the hourglass. You are building your base. Build a strong base and that hill won't be as steep someday."
I was drooling at the Pinarello - it's a beautiful bike with even a better price tag to go with it. I will not buy it online - they don't have a 48 PLUS, I have not earned it yet. Also, when it is time to upgrade, I'll go to my LBS.
