What model is this m970 or older
if there is one pack, all day, pedal UP and gnar down, extra clothes, couple sandwiches, filter, get lost, WHATEVER, then the Nomad is it. Pads?
Hadn't planned on spending 50 bucks on a pack but my old one has lasted me since like 2002. It still works fine but it's bulky and doesn't carry that well. It's a Camelbak HAWG.Sweet, we can use color in here?
Great pack for helmet and pads and a sandwich. Not a huge amount of storage in there, but good for a half-day tour.
I sometimes carry a full face and some armor, but sometimes ride XC without all that junk too. Which pack is best? The Nomad seems like it may be a day pack with a bladder.. kind big?

Ive used chainloves email before, and it took days to get a response. Found out Backcountry has an online chat. They were great in taking care of my issue. Love online chat for all customer service sites.

Edit: the total was $14.99 when I clicked submit, and then $43.96 after I submitted my order.
This is a scam or a mistake.
The $28 shipping only showed up if you clicked it. When I hit submit, the shipping showed $0. It only changed after I hit submit. I have screenshots. If this order is not canceled, or charged at the price I was shown, Im reversing throught my credit card and reporting to BBB.
Hope there is a quick response to my email.

Shipping is rediculous. Reminds me of one of those sketchy sales tactics on Ebay where htey lower the price and the charge a ton for shipping to make there money. Now way this cost almose 30 dollars to ship, give me a break!

I'm totally into S & M, I mean isn't that what the Internet was created for? Just not at work.
Wish I could do something for you there dude but that is out of my hands. I'm pretty low on the food chain. Could just have the stuff sent home, or just laugh about it knowing that your real addiction is bikes instead of S&M.
There is also a post on MTBR complaining about the return address too, but that thread only has 600 views so it's no big deal.
