Sick deals back to back all day long.
Just poked on over here for some road biking equipment. I guess my favourite frivolous purchasing site is no more? My buddy, whom I recommended check out this site, said that they had a full face helmet, which probably wouldn't make him look too cool on his next grand fondo. I was like, dude, you're smoking crack. I guess not. So sad. Bye bye Backcountry.com...it was fun while it lasted.
Maybe alternating days is a good idea. At least that way we know that we don't need to bother checking the site every other day.
I wish you guys could go back to bonktown instead of whining here about the mtb "crap" that I'm waiting to see while the road crap is listed one after another.
Love the 15 min times...they keep me looking more than ever

I had only recently discovered BT and enjoyed sme great deals. I too am turned off by the volume of gear that is of no interest to me. Maybe it could be considered to alternate road and mountain days. Just a thought.
When I first got onto the steep and cheap sites, I remember scratching my head and thinking these guys are geniuses. After the Btown move, I find myself scratching my head and thinking that these guys are major league dumbasses. The space between brillant and stupid is not that far. Let's cut our marketing exposure in half. After they screw up Competitive Cyclist, I wonder what is next.
With Bonktown gone and having to wait twice as long to see both the road deals I love and mountain deals I love, I probably won't have the time. Looks like I will save a lot of money not buying anything. My wife is stoked!
Well with bonktown gone, I think so am I. don't have time to check CL for MTB cr*p I don't care about.
looks like I'll have to switch to MTB to get any sweet bike deals here. Shame, well at least my wife will be happy I'm not spending my paychecks on roadie gear anymore.
All of this roadie gear... This is what it's gonna feel like if Santorum gets elected.
Dude this huge abundance of MTB gear is totally weak. Thought they would be combining. Where is the road gear?
